1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TenderUK platform at tenderuk.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. TenderUK is operated by Fakturino Dooel. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

TenderUK provides an AI-powered platform for searching, analysing and monitoring UK public procurement tenders from Contracts Finder and Find a Tender. The service includes tender search, alerts, AI-powered analysis, price benchmarks, and Companies House data enrichment.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

TenderUK offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited access at no cost
• Starter: £79/month - Basic features with daily AI queries
• Pro: £149/month - Advanced analytics, risk analysis, trends
• Enterprise: £499/month - Full access, team members, API, priority support

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Data Sources and Accuracy

TenderUK aggregates data from UK Government sources including Contracts Finder, Find a Tender Service, and Companies House. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of the data. Users should verify critical information with the original sources before making business decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the AI features to generate misleading or fraudulent content
• Resell or redistribute the data without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The TenderUK platform, including its design, features, and AI models, is the intellectual property of Fakturino Dooel. Public procurement data is sourced from UK Government open data and is subject to the Open Government Licence.

8. Limitation of Liability

TenderUK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@tenderuk.com.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
